If you are within the UK, we have provided two delivery options for you to choose from: First Class Signed For – Aims to delivery to you within 3-5 working days and has a compensation amount of £50; and Special Delivery – Aims to deliver the next working day by 1pm guaranteed and compensates the full amount lost.

In the unfortunate event that a package gets lost, Royal Mail will be the ones to compensate you, not us. Therefore, choose your delivery service wisely! If such a situation arises, get in contact with us and we’ll get in contact with Royal Mail.

Additionally, it is up to you to look after the shoes because they will last you as long as you take good care of them. We use high quality materials and paints, so they should last you a long time.
