FAQs

Are the designs on your website the only ones you do?

No! We only have a few of our custom shoes on our website. To see all the designs that we have done and can do, go on our Instagram and take a look at our posts, as well as our highlights called ‘designs’, ‘inspo’, and ‘fabrics’. If you see something you like, DM us on there with your shoe size, which design you would like and we can place your order. 


Are the shoes genuine and authentic?

Yes! All the shoes that we use for customisations are 100% authentic. We only buy from official retailers. 


How long does it take for you to make the shoes?

Our turnaround time at the moment is up to 4 weeks. However, depending on the quantity of orders that we get, this could vary. We will always try to complete orders within our given time frame but certain situations can be out of our hands, sometimes. If there are any delays, we will make sure to notify you and try our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. 


Are the custom shoes waterproof and scratch proof?

Yes! We use high quality materials and paints for our customisations, so they are waterproof, scratch proof and long-lasting. 


Can I wash the shoes in the washing machine?

We highly suggest that you don’t put the shoes in the washing machine as it could damage the design and/or the paint. We would advise you to hand wash them instead and around the design rather than over it. 


How long will the shoes last me?

We use high quality materials and paints for the shoes, so if taken care of properly, the shoes should last you for years. 


Do you only work with Air Force 1s?

We have mainly worked on AF1s and AJ1s, but we'd be happy to do customisations on other shoes as well. Feel free to DM us on our Instagram and mention whatever shoe you’d like customised and we’ll see what we can do. 


How do I place an order?

You can either DM us on our Instagram to place your order or you can purchase directly from our website. 


Do you accept returns and/or refunds?

As all the shoes are custom made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds. Therefore, please make sure to give the correct shoe size, as well as the design you would like. 


What if I supply the shoes?

We only do customisations on shoes that we supply. The price that is given to you includes the amount for the shoes. 


Do you give refunds if the package gets lost? 

Once the order has been shipped, it is not our responsibility. Therefore, please choose which delivery service you would like wisely because Royal Mail will be the ones to reimburse you. If you choose First Class Signed For, Royal Mail will only compensate you £50. On the other hand, if you choose Special Delivery, you’ll be compensated the whole amount - the same goes for all international orders  


What happens if an order gets lost?

CBR is not responsible for items that are lost by the courier or shipping service. If you haven’t received your order after 10 working days of us having posted it, the order is officially considered lost by Royal Mail. In such a case, get in touch with us and we will contact Royal Mail. Depending on the delivery service you chose, you’ll be compensated the amount that is offered by that particular service. If the package is recovered, then you will be notified by email. 


What if I put my address in wrong? 

If you have provided an incorrect address and your order is yet to be shipped, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. However, if your order has already been shipped, then we are not responsible. 


What happens if my package gets sent back to the sender? 

If your package has been returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the package to be sent again. You will receive an invoice which will include the price for the package to be resent. Please check all addresses before submitting your order. 

Additionally, in the instance that your package is sent back to us because of an insufficient address provided by the customer, we will charge a resend fee. Please double check all addresses before placing an order.
